Four new three storey town houses and alterations to the Victorian vicarage into flats are part of the development of this prominent site in Kensal Green which also includes an extension to Bales College.  The sites for both surround St John the Evangelist listed church and forms part of a cohesive masterplan for knitting together the whole site.
