A CULTURE LED REGENERATION PROJECT ON THE HIGH STREET IN PRESTATYN

Stefanie Fischer worked closely with Ron Inglis of Craigmount Associates, while a Principal of and Consultant to Burrell Foley Fischer LLP [1985-2020]  on the Pre-feasibility and Feasibility study stages of the Scala Cinema and Arts Centre to align the project vision with a viable business plan and to secure public sector funding for the project then went on to led the project to successful completion.  The project comprised a 150 seat multi-purpose auditorium, a 150 seat dedicated cinema auditorium, a café bar, exhibition space and training rooms.

 

Stefanie Fischer, now a Cinema Consultant to Philip Meadowcroft Architects, continues to work closely with Ron Inglis of Craigmount Associates on appraisals for Local Authorities on cinema provision in underserved communities, the cultural led regeneration of High Streets and the re-purposing of former shopping centres.
