An exhibition gallery and residence was converted from a disused jewellery factory.  The creation of two rooflit double height spaces unlocked dark interiors. The first brings daylight into the gallery, a multi-purpose space, used variously for exhibitions, performances cinema, and banquets.  The second forms the private dining room of the art collector owner. The residence and gallery interconnect to allow the exhibition spaces to expand into the house and vice versa.
