In 2013 we were selected as one of the 6 finalists for the ‘Tomorrow’s Smart Home’ competition run by the RIBA, BRE and Sunday Times. Our Smart Home is a flexible sustainable home where planning, construction and a wide range of integrated smart technologies allow the house to adapt to the changing needs of the inhabitants throughout each day, the seasons and as they grow older.

The house is designed to be a stand alone detached house or as part of a terrace.
