Tudor Way Children's Centre provides a new 41FTE childcare nursery with community facilities on the site of an existing primary school.  The project reconfigured spaces within the existing school as well as a new pitched roof addition clad with cedar boards as a counterpoint to the existing 70s brick building.

Features that combined eventful playspaces with increased bio-diversity were introduced including undulating grass mounds and banks of seasonal flowers which defined the route from the entrance gate to the nursery
