Planning permission granted for Bales College School extension and residential development

Bales College currently occupies a Victorian ‘National School’ building within the grounds of the listed church of St John the Evangelist, Kensal Green. The proposal includes a new building containing classrooms and a new entrance along with residential development which includes four new town houses and 5 flats within the converted Old Vicarage.

Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent were granted following extensive consultation with LB Westminster Planning department due to the sensitive nature of the site.
