Following completion of Depot Lewes in 2017, Stefanie Fischer, while a Principal of and Consultant to Burrell Foley Fischer LLP [1985-2020], was interviewed by David Trevor-Jones for Issue No 42 of the Magazine of the Cinema Theatre Association  

 

In recognition of the commitment to sustainability in the design and operation of the building, Depot Lewes won the National Creative Green Award 2020, a National Award for sustainability in the arts that celebrates the achievement of the creative community in taking action on climate change.

 

Stefanie Fischer, now a Cinema Consultant to Philip Meadowcroft Architects, continues in her work on cinema projects to develop an appropriate approach to sustainability, working firstly towards Carbon neutrality and then towards Carbon Net Zero.
